At some point in life, most of us will find ourselves stuck and overwhelmed. The ways we have navigated life aren’t working, and the uncertainty we face is too much to bear alone. We need space to wrestle and a calm presence to join with us as we consider the way forward.

For others of us, life has felt like one hit after another. We need a safe place to fall apart and permission to grieve at our own pace.

What we need in these hard places can look differently from person to person, but I believe that these painful paths can lead to growth and freedom. I am convinced that a steady relationship that offers safety, connection, and invitation allows us to move toward fuller living and more satisfying relationships.

I have worked with individuals and couples to address a variety of issues, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, marital issues, spiritual issues, and challenges related to being a caregiver. I seek to provide clinical excellence and therapeutic care, offering a warm and gentle welcome to my clients. I consider the whole of the person in their context and operate from trauma-informed and attachment lenses while engaging with somatic awareness.

I graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I enjoy being outdoors, playing tennis, traveling, befriending random dogs, and connecting with friends.
