I firmly believe that we were not meant to walk this life alone. That even in our hardships and suffering, we can find meaning, healing, and growth. It’s a brave step to start your journey of healing and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we work together to help you reach your goals.

I enjoy working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, trauma, spiritual concerns, parenting, and marriage and family issues. My heart for counseling is to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves, experience joy, and build healthy relationships. My approach is to provide warmth, compassion, and grace, while balancing guidance and accountability. I am also not afraid to incorporate various activities into session that may help facilitate change, such as art, games, music, or even a nature walk when the weather permits!

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

I currently live in the St. Louis metro area with my husband and two crazy dogs—Daisy and Duke. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, baking, traveling, being outside, and all things Southern.
