Where we came from and the experiences that shaped us lay the stage for our current triumphs and tragedies. Growing up in the Delta Region on the corner of Tennessee and Mississippi, I am firmly planted in the importance of a family’s story. As a child of a farmer’s son and a debutante’s daughter, I believe where you came from is important so I seek to understand the soil from which you have sprung. Understanding your story takes time, space, and good reflective presence. I would enjoy partnering with you as you process your own story.
I am passionate about helping people with family struggles and sexual integrity issues. I take a whole-life approach, exploring your family and relational dynamics, looking for places that sabotage your ability to flourish.
I reside in St. Louis City and love to take my family of five on walks to Forest Park and the zoo. When I am not losing sleep to three kids under five years old, I enjoy being outside, working on old houses, and indulging in my passion (addiction) for college football.
