It takes courage to reach out for help—to open the door to your own story and invite someone in. Yet healing rarely happens in isolation. It unfolds in the context of relationship, in the experience of being truly known and deeply cared for. To be welcomed into that space is one of the greatest honors of this work, and I am committed to meeting every client with the care and respect that vulnerability deserves.
I am a graduate intern completing my Master of Arts in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. Born in Ukraine and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I now call St. Louis home—a journey that has given me a deep appreciation for the richness and complexity of cross-cultural experience. I also bring a background in education and ministry, which informs the way I care for the people I work with.
I take a person-centered approach to counseling, creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their stories at their own pace. I believe my role is to come alongside— listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients move toward greater clarity, healing, and wholeness.
I am excited to work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting challenges, women’s issues, and cross-cultural concerns.
In my free time, I enjoy drinking iced coffee, playing music, and time outdoors with my husband and two little boys.
