Your story matters. The moments you wish you could relive and the moments you wish you could forget; the moments you feel loved and seen and the moments you feel alone and forgotten; the moments you feel like you’re thriving and the moments you feel stuck and discouraged. All of your moments matter—both the beautiful and the broken—and they paint the landscape of you, your understanding, and the lens through which you see the world.

During my career, and life in general, I have come to recognize the importance of healing in relationship and the power of connection. You may have sought out support before, or maybe this is the first time. Wherever you are on your path, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you seek growth and healing.

I work with adolescents and adults, and I have experience and a continued desire to work in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, and adoption-related concerns. I use a variety of approaches that are catered to the uniqueness of each client, and I enjoy using games, creative outlets, and nature at times in my work with clients.

I graduated from Baylor University with my Master of Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a certificate in Training for Adoption Competency, and I am a professional member of the National Association for Social Workers.

I live in St. Louis with my husband and our dog. I enjoy spending my free time in nature, working out, trying to find new hobbies, cooking new recipes, and spending time with loved ones.
