Life can feel overwhelming at times. We experience pain and hurt from people we thought we could trust. We feel longings for things to be whole and yet it feels impossible to have restoration or repair. We try and try and nothing seems to work to handle all the stress and anxiety that can accompany our pain. What are we supposed to do about this? How can I move on? How can I function with all these things weighing on my mind?
If you find you ask yourself any of these questions, I would love to sit and chat with you. I value talking with people about what their experiences are, helping them understand and become aware how it impacts how they live their life. I enjoy helping people discover the narrative of their life and what it means to be whole again.
I earned my Master in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. I provide individual and group therapy, working with teens, adults, couples, and older adults.
