It takes great bravery and resilience to reach out for help in the midst of pain, and I am so glad you are here. Every person deserves to be heard, known, and supported. I consider it a privilege to listen to your story and work alongside you on the path toward wholeness.
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, grief, relational issues, spiritual issues, shame, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to counseling with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, and I see every person as unique and worthy of healing.
I live in St. Louis (go STL City SC!) and am working toward a Master of Arts in Counseling with an anticipated graduation in May 2024. I enjoy gardening, all things art and design, and playing music.
