Michelle is excited to walk with you on your journey to better emotional and mental health. She works with children and adolescents, families, and women. Her journey started in the school system as a school counselor, and she is well-versed in helping families navigate getting support for their children. Michelle uses various theories and techniques in therapy: play, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and bibliotherapy. Michelle received her Master of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2007 from Missouri Baptist University.
